Chere' Pepper is a contemporary Singer/Songwriter with a country feel, who has written hundreds of songs crossing all Genres. She currently resides in Dansville, Michigan with her husband and four boys. Primarily, Chere' shares her music on Sundays by travelling in the Midwest. She shares in churches, at private parties, and any event that encourages a positive message. She has also appeares with motivational speaker, Johnny D, "The Motivational Cowboy" for select events. She began singing at the age 6, and by the age of 8 was playing and singing in local bars. She fronted her own country band at age 12 and continued on through her teenage years. Chere' accepted Christ at the age of 21 and since that day she has written hundreds of songs encouraging right living and purpose for each of us in this human state. Her fourth Christian CD, "Armor of God", was released in 2013 and was accepted for Grammy Nomination for Album of the Year, with the single "Jesus Jesus" accepted for Contemporary Christian Song of the Year. After the "Armor of God" project was finished, the Lord instructed Chere’ to release her first ever secular CD called "Cowboy Boots". This self titled Pop/Rock/ Country feel CD has been released and is receiving rave reviews! This new Release about Life, Love, and Relationship is a way the secular audience may draw closer to our Maker. The title cut, "Cowboy Boots” is a story of Chere's Southern roots, who she is, and what makes her happy. This country song is being accepted wherever she shares, both in Christian and non-Christian venues. It was written to encourage others to go tell their story! Chere' is currently working as a solo artist, as well as part of a Duo with Pastor and Worship Leader Justin Schultz. Together, Justin and Chere' provide complete Worship and Special music events from small churches to arenas across the Midwest. Chere' is currently working on two projects, a Secular Pop/Alternative CD as well as a new Praise CD, both to be release in 2015. Life is short, don't let it Pass You By!
