Sigma Project is a Brazilian instrumental progressive metal band formed in 2011 by the guitarist Vitor Mancini and the bassist Raphael Rodrigues. One year later, the keyboardist Neemias Teixeira joined the project, and by then they started to work on a few songs, being six of them recorded and released on YouTube. In 2014, the drummer Marco Bicca joined the band and it was then decided that an album would be released with him on drums. Reality Field is the first album of the project since it started, which contains the previously released singles re-recorded and a brand new song called The Course of All There Is. The album also features Michał Mierzejewski (Symphonic Theater of Dreams, Jordan Rudess' Explorations, Flying Colors) doing the orchestral arrangements.
