Larry's music is a perfect combination of heartfelt sincerity and fun. His voice has a rare, magical quality and his guitar playing, while unorthodox, is very rhythmic and uniquely his own. Larry is an instant pleasure to listen to. Originally from Sagamore Beach, Massachusetts, he attended Boston's Berklee College Of Music where he majored in vocal performance and music theory. He then headed west to Colorado and on to Alaska. After a summer of hiking, fishing and camping, in and around Alaska's Denali National Park, he decided to make Talkeetna, Alaska his home. He has lived there ever since, making a name for himself and his band, The Denali Cooks, as one of Alaska's favorite festival and party bands.
