Uncle Nookie was born and raised in E.Orange NJ and was introduced to music by his grandfather(Robert Mithchell) his uncle (Guy Mithchell) & his mother. First started out with the trumpet for 3 years move to the tuba in Jr high on through highshool (Arts High,Newark,NJ). Play's the piano by ear and fiddles with the drums. Now owner and operator of his own record label Grimey Times Ent. prodution company

U.N.i.e...Productions which stands for United Negroes Internationlly Enterprising. Which he plans to turn into a foundation that helps inercity youth,and young parents.With education,housing,selfesteem,and much more. So far without the internet Grimey Times Ent. released 8 cd's has sold close to 20,000 cd's and hope to sell 1,000,000 by end 2007.
