Michael Ricciardi has been writing songs since 1980 (many for musical theatre) and has now recorded over eight hundred of them all in different styles and types. "We Are Different Now" is an album of songs that are forever dedicated to the memory of our many fallen heroes and heroines on that fateful day of September 11, 2001: indeed "when the world stopped turning.' " It features the voices of the award winning children's group THE SOUNDSATONS: a dedicated group of children thirteen years and under who have sung at CARNEIGE HALL, THE SAN FRANCISCO COW PALACE and many other venues. It also features the talents of JOSHUA KRANZ and ROSEMARY LAACK, RCA recording artists JIMMY CHAPEL as well as GREG LASTRAPES, DAVID HOLMES and the late great STEVE GIDEON.
