简介
Yonatan Rukhman has been involved in music since childhood, being the son of a professional classical musician. Due to his father’s work he lived in the USA, Germany and Italy. Having studied the piano and various instruments, he later took a sound engineering course and began working in studios in his hometown, Tel Aviv. He later left Israel to make a working experience in a studio in Italy, and ended up working with world class artists such as Paolo Conte, Ian Paice (Deep Purple), Clive Bunker (Jethro Tull), Morris Albert and has also produced and co-written for a new italian folk/rock band called Folkstone that became one of the leading bands in its genre. During this time he has always nurtured great love for electronic music and started releasing music with his friend Kooki Salinas under the aliases Yud Kei (Electro House), and Alternate Perceptions (Techno). They have released music with Plasmapool, Funkk Sound Recordings and Pop Rox Muzik (for Yud Kei) and Baroque Records (for Alternate Perceptions). Eventually he decided to give birth to his own brand of House music, deeply electronic yet very much contaminated with other genres that have influenced him, such as Funky Breaks and Electronica. His first release is “The True Ensemble”, a vocal electronic track inspired by Greg Egan’s Sci Fi Novel “Quarantine”.
