Compiled in this short EP are five very different artists from Columbus Ohio. With support from LIFE vineyard church these artists share very different songs which speak of each artist's own chapter in life. These include the debut recordings of Nate Gahm and Adam Narloch alongside veteran local artists Nick Rowe, Chris Miller and Brandon Abbott. Nate's "Just to be with You" is raw and unhinged; a reminder of the freedom and unashamedness only found in those new to songwriting. Adam Narloch's "I Thee Wed is a love song to his then fiance, now wife. It carries with it a depth and maturity found in few love songs these days. Nick Rowe's "Don't Ask Why," is powerful, toe tapping, and bound to engrain its hook in your head. It embeds a little bit of blue collar, Midwest America into your soul. Chris Miller's "Breath as if You're alive" is a dynamic journey combining acoustic and emo influences. And Brandon Abbott's "Someone to Love" is a tender journey, reflecting on the transition from boy to man, with a good hook and soulful harmonica.
