This ep. is named 'Memories' because that's exactly what this is. Chelsea released this music and performed it at events such as The House of Blues, Aids Walk LA, Special Olympics, etc. Her music has also been on MTV, VEVO, etc.

Chelsea suffered from strokes and meningitis which caused her to have to take a break from music. She also lost her memory and has no recollection of her past musical history. Despite all of this, Chelsea has fought to regain her life back and even though she can't remember her career, singing is still a passion.
