Word play and boom bap beat complement an original style of rap born in the streets of Libreville, capital of Gabon in Central West Africa. Introduced to the art of rapping in the early 90's, Faab Michel's artistic approach comes from the 60's and 70's. This album shows that conscious rap is still alive and well today. From beginning to end you can expect to feel that vintage hip-hop vibe mixed with his Brooklyn style -- dusty and gritty like an old vinyl.
