Based out of Anchorage Alaska Rehab Ent.Is home to Independent Artist Jay Reeder, Lil Tastic & RageCitySteve. Rehab Entertainment was established in 2009 but legally licensed & funded in June of 2014. Rehab's first signed acts were Lil Tastic & Jay Reeder. Dropping many collabs during the first months with each other, Rehab slowly started building buzz with the release of "Rehab Entertainment Presents: Jay Reeder & Lil Tastic #B.R.U.H (Bars R Us Hoe)" In August 2014. soon after Reeder & Tastic opened up for Pleasure P ( Ex Lead singer of the super group Pretty Ricky). With the release selling over 500 copies in the first month Alvin (Ceo and founder) decided it was time to seek new talent, he reached out to long time friend Stephen Matthews (RageCity) who was at the time in local popular group known as "Team Legit".Eager to get his solo career off the ground RageCity agreed to join Rehab September 2014, by October Tastic, Reeder and RageCity finished the first Label mixtape "Rehabs Entertainment Presents: October #TheCityNeedRehab which released Holloween 2014. With the Release doing well by mid November 2014, Alvin Recruited childhood friend Elliott Street (Blak) and soon after Rehab shot the first video off the mixtape titled "All In One Night". Doing Numerous shows all around Anchorage, Rehab began gaining local popularity as well as a nice viral fan base, in June 2015 Rehab Entertainment became the first hiphop Label out of Alaska to recieve regular airplay on Pandora Radio with their first Team project "Rehab Entertainment Presents: #TheCityNeedRehab Volume 1. September 2015 Rehab gained recognition receiving awards for "The Label Of The Year" along with Jay Reeder receiving both "Rookie Of The Year" and the "Who's Next Award" for Alaska. Soon after Rehab received Recognition in the #1 hiphop magazine in America "XXL Magazine" along with becoming the first since Veteran rapper "Joker The Bail bondsman" in October 2015.Rehab Entertainment Specializes in marketing and artist development, we offer Artist Promotions, advertising, digital distribution & Artist Booking.
