DETERMINATION - DRIVE - PERSISTANCE TESTER can be described as metal with a melody. Strongly influenced by such acts as the Deftones, Life of Agony, KISS and Ozzy Osbourne, to name a few, TESTER has a unique sound. It has a lasting quality, one not to fade out with the latest trend. Their lyrics are emotional, which can be heard in Tony’s vocals, and are written from life experiences. TESTER has performed all over the New England area. They have shared the stage with Slipknot, Machine Head, and Primus. In February 1999 they played the opening spot for the mini-tour of Skinlab, Crowbar and S.O.D.. TESTER loves to play live and their main goal has always been to become as big as everybody wants them to be.
