Produced by Travis Milner (Norman Brown, Dennis Edwards and the Temptations). This follows his single release of “La La Means I Love You,” His new original song, “Absoflutely” is sure to be a hit. And there is no sweeter sound than when Alvin is joined by his son, Alvin II playing guitar on the entire CD. Their rendition of the gospel classic “Amazing Grace” is truly Amazing! This funky flute player pays tribute to the magic flute of Herbie Mann on “Memphis Underground,” which has an updated groove with his son Alvin II playing a guitar solo that is truly remarkable! He also honors the first lady of flute, Bobbi Humphrey on his fantastic version of “Harlem River Drive.” His sexy, smooth versions of K Jon’s “On the Ocean” and “For You” by Kenny Latimore will leave you wanting more. The jazz flutist even adds some funk to the theme song from the movie “Romancing the Stone.” Also, an amazing new version of “Never Get to Heaven,” which is spiced by smooth jazz Artist Gail Jhonson’s tantalizing piano riffs. Another original song, “The Good Life,” will have special appeal to the steppers in the country. Written by producer Travis Milner and his son Chad Milner, with guest vocalist Brent Carter lead vocalist from the groups Tower of Power and Average White Band, this song and the CD will keep you dancing and stepping for an “Absoflutely” good time!

Fisher’s easy grooving cover of the Delfonics’ “La La (Means I Love You)” made a splash in 2008 on numerous independent stations (particularly in the Southern U.S.) and was played on XM’s The Groove channel while selling several thousand units. When Delfonics lead singer William “Poogie” Hart, heard it, he loved the track and said it was one of the best versions of the song he had ever heard. When R&B recording veteran Alvin Fisher adds his old school flavor to the smooth jazz scene, it is “ABSOFLUTELY” wonderful.
