Suasion is a Singapore-based band made up of Michael Intrator, Chris Bong, Lyndsey Long and Alvin Lim. The mix of Michael's roots in Switzerland and the band's current base in Singapore has brought a sound that music critic Kevin Mathews has described as "country-folk inflected melodic Pop-rock". With the launch of their first EP, Suasion hopes to showcase their songwriting capability and hopefully entertain more than a few people along the way. Recorded and mixed at Snakeweed Studios by Leonard Soosay, the album features songs written and arranged by the band with the help of a three piece Brass section (Joanna Lim, Yeo Wee Aik & Lin Wenjing) and a cellist (Lisa Haryono).
