A Bucket of Frogs is a collection of what Kenny Wilson seems to think is his best stuff, or at least his favorites. These songs are culled from the forty years of recording that Wilson has left along the path. It's a roller coaster ride of musical and lyrical concepts, as well as rhythms and melodies. Duke Dahmer plays drums on tracks 2 & 5, Bob Berberich on 4 & 8, Paul Maiorana on 7, 8, 10 & 11. Barry Foley plays bass on 4, 8 & 9, Tom Guidera 6, 10 and & 11, Paul Zitzmann on 2, 5 & 7. Pete Kennedy plays electric guitar on 8 & 11, mandolin on 5 & 6. Patti Clements plays piano and/or organ on 3, 5, 7. 8, 310 & 11 and sings with me on 3.. Peter Bonta plays electric guitar on 2, 5, 7, 8 & 10, acoustic guitar on 6 & 9, synthesizer on 5, piano on 4 and organ 3. Tommy Hannum plays pedal steel on 3, 4 & 6.
