Jerry is a country musician, singer / songwriter and recording artist. Growing up in a small West Texas town near Big Spring, Texas, Jerry began traveling and performing with Hoyle Nix, a Bob Wills protégé at age twenty. Since the early seventies, Jerry has performed at many clubs, restaurants, and concert events entertaining crowds with his variety of traditional and original dance music. Along with his original music, Jerry and his band play many songs by Ray Price, Johnny Bush and others and are sure to keep a crowd on the dance floor. Jerry recorded and co-produced his first CD “If Eyes Could Talk” in Austin, Texas with Lloyd Maines and members of the ‘Asleep at the Wheel’ band. Recently, Jerry released his second CD “ Two Beer Limit” with another group of talented musicians including Rich O’Brien, Tommy Nash and Dale Morris, Jr. Both albums are a variety of music including many of Jerry’s original songs as well as some traditional remakes. Recently, Jerry and his band were one of the main acts for the Texas Steak Cook-off including Tommy Alverson and Don Edwards. Jerry and his band were also the opening act for the Bellamy Brothers at another concert. Jerry has performed in Australia, Greece, Georgia, New Mexico, and has been a frequent performer in Fort Worth and Austin, Texas. Jerry’s music can be heard on radio stations across the United States and in more than ten countries internationally. Recently, Jerry's music has hit the charts internationally and currently has one song "The Right Time" in the top ten Western Swing charts in the United States.
