This single is the first song I have recorded with such a full sound -- the drum set, the bass guitar, and the acoustic guitar all fill out the track and make it very aggressive and strong. If there has ever been someone you have wasted your time on, this is the song you can decompress to and let all of that anger out. The entire song is built on the concept of counting; the single starts with my counting to three, the chorus counts down from three, the bridge counts up and down, and the final chorus counts the song down all the way back to one. Everything from the instrumentation to the lyrics works to tell that person that they "best get out before I get to one."
