Phillip Faber is the Chief Conductor of the Danish National Girls Choir; for which he has composed "Sommerfugledalen" (2016) - to the cycle of the same title by Danish writer Inger Christensen (1935-2009). Faber's setting is equal voices accompanied by string quartet.
