kiwa will release a new single / Matoigoi' on October 28. kiwa developed some images after reading a tragic love poem written by film director Mai Ando and composed this song in three days. She altered Mai's poem into her lyrics and sang the song herself. Recording studio sloppy doggy did the vocal recording, mixing and mastering, and designer Pon designed this jacket. This song is mainly composed of loops of each instrumental performance, but it wears a gentle and nostalgic mood throughout the song without feeling monotonous. Despite the lilting melody that sounds as if it is skipping, the lyrics start with a restrained emotion towards this love. The strong emotions become open in the chorus, and in no time at all, the song ends and we are left behind. It is as fantastic as smoke.
