简介
Born into an artistically oriented family in Washington, D.C., Aaron Rhines focused on music early. Although his father began teaching Aaron piano before age 5, playing baritone in jr. high and high school as well as studying piano on his own led him to study Jazz at Lincoln University in Pennsylvania. From there Aaron moved to New York City where he studied Jazz piano with Michael Cochran and Greg Murphy. While in New York, he performed with various bands in Manhattan and eventually formed his own Jazz trio. But soon, like his father who performed opera abroad, Aaron also worked abroad as a band member, studio musician and producer, playing R&B, Funk, and House Music in Indonesia, Australia, England, and Switzerland. Upon returning to the U.S., Aaron started his own production company, 9th Galaxy Music. His latest projects include composing and recording the music for the children’s CD "Access The Experience," composing the music for the play "Don’t Tell Grandma I Met Him On-Line," and the completion his first CD “Nothin’ But Love.”
