Irian (I-Hop) Hopkins is a twenty-four year old singer/ songwriter from Texarkana, Ar. He has been singing lead in the church choir since seven, at age thirteen he decided to become a songwriter like his influences Jamie Foxx, Usher, and Genuwine. As his confidence grew and his style developed, he soon saw a loyal following begin to grow and he became a popular local hit in the Texarkana music scene. Thanks to his talent for writing radio-friendly R&B songs that connect with audiences with the very first listen; his songs have been generating a vibrant buzz throughout the southwest region. He later formed an allegiance with a local up and coming group “OTP” (Overthowed Productions). His experience with the group has allowed him to showcase his talents on a larger scale, sharing the stage with artist such as Gucci Mane, Wideframe, B Hamp, MANN, and D4L. Irian is passionate about his music, and prides himself on being the very best that he can be. His relentless work ethic and sultry voice will definitely keep his listeners satisfied. He is a small town kid with big dreams and the drive to overachieve to become the next big star.
