Biography André Lisboa is a guitar player, songwriter and producer. He was Born in Lages, in the South of Brazil. His first chords were taught by his mother Ana, when he was fourteen years old. At fifteen, he got his first electric guitar, and music became a passion. He took part in many local bands, playing different styles of music, from Rock and Blues to Jazz, Chorinho, Samba and Bossa-Nova. This mix of music styles allowed him to build his essence, and develop his own style. His creative side has always been present in his music. André started to take part in some music festivals, and has won prizes in some important ones, like Femic, with his composition “Sobrinhos do Vento”, and producing Soundtracks for some Musicals and Plays. André Lisboa has shared the stage or recorded with great artists in music, like: Linsey Alexander (USA), Celso Blues Boy, Leo Gandelman and many others… He was one of the finalists of Garagem do Faustão, a music contest produced by Rede Globo, with an instrumental composition. His latest album "In a Bluesy Mood has just been released.
