After two cult ambient/electroacoustic albums with Gigi Masin (Wind, 1986 & The Wind Collector, 1991), and production of the 1st Caveman Shoestore cd "Master Cylinder"(on T/K), UNFOLK (rec. 1999-2005) is the first solo project by A.M. with many guests including master guitarist Alex Masi (friend from childhood), violin/flute wizard Marco Giaccaria, rhythm alchemist Bebo Baldan & Gigi Masin. Direct influences: "Fricke Out" is dedicated to Florian (Popol Vuh). The noise ending of the last track was inspired by the magnificent "Metal Machine Music" Concert by Lou Reed & Zeitkratzer in Venice.
