Grawlix is an indie/alternative rock outfit from New England that formed during the final days of 2013. The band was born out of a song-writing collective and has been active in the Connecticut underground scene since the summer of 2014 after managing to write a full set of original material. The band's first EP "Gumbll Machine" was cut in 2015 and can be found on youtube, itunes, and spotify. The band has a wide range of musical influences including (but not limited to) Arctic Monkeys, Incubus, The Pillows, Kimbra, The Beatles, Aurora, The Cure and The Jimi Hendrix Experience to name a few. Grawlix consists of Joshua Boos on Lead Guitar, Kelsey Rogers on Keys/Vocals, Robert Weiss on Bass/Vocals, and Francisco Barahona-Dimichele on Rhythm guitar/Vocals. The band is currently working with Drummer Nick Cannato of Connecticut's own Pat Stone and the Dirty Boots. The band has worked with David Veslocki of DVStudios on their first two releases. Now, in 2017, the group is recording their first full length album with Brain Room Studios and DVStudios which is scheduled to release later in the year.
