Soleil Diva is an entertainer with a unique blend of soulful vocals and swing beats that sooth the soul of listeners. She commands a resonant voice that bridges the gap between the singer and the listener on the inspiration of love and faith. Soleil’s voice influences and inspires melodies that trigger an upbeat in her listeners’ own spirits. Throughout her music career, Soleil has succeeded in creating songs that appeal to the heart with impassioned rhythmics to bind her emotions with those that adore her music. Born slightly more than three decades ago in Washington, DC, Soleil’s ability to sing and perform blossomed when her parents returned to The Democratic Republic of Congo from where they had immigrated to the United States. She traveled to several countries in Europe to advance her music career before returning to the United States where she attended Auburn University in Alabama and the Atlanta Art Institute.

Soleil Diva grew up in a modest home where her parents lavished great attention to the caliber of her youth. She developed strong faith in God with sacrificial tendencies to help the underprivileged. Her parents dubbed her the “peace maker”. Soleil intrinsic values of love and faith epitomize the caliber of a woman whose music is created on the foundation of hope and joy. She released her first album titled “French Kiss” in 2000 with her twin sister in the music group, 2PM. She also released her self titled Solo album "Soleil Diva" in 2005, Now with the release of her upcoming album, “C'est Moi La Femme”, simply meaning " I, AM, That Woman" she is ready to take her music career to the next level. “My faith in God and my passion for African dance are encapsulated in my experience, dilemmas, tribulations and life encounters,” she says. Like many other successful artists, Soleil is influenced by artists like Celine Dion, Sade, Gloria Estefan, Mpongo Love, Gatho Bivens,( who wrote and produce Rock Your Body, Soleil Diva Lingala), Diana Ross, Angelique Kidjo and many others. Emulating these artists, Soleil looks forward with passion to the challenges of letting their influence guide her course. With such determination, the world, undoubtedly, is ready to embrace this rising star.
