Sorcery Records are pleased to present a new release from Alekzander & Sky 9 with remixes of Chimera from Derek Ryan and I5land. Chimera has a dark progressive feel with melodies played by raspy lead synths. Derek Ryan's remix is softer in style, featuring clever use of pads and vocal chops. Still retaining the Original melodies Derek creates a fluffier yet still powerful mix. I5land's remix is like Derek Ryan's less aggresive than the Original. I5land makes use of pianos and string synths in the breakdown to give this remix a slightly more epic feel. The Rise is the second title track on this EP. It is progressive in style and features catchy riffs in both the bassline and melody. Lord Sonah has created a clever remix for this release with intelligent uses of the Original riffs and bassline using his own expertly crafted instruments
