I was given a mandate by the Lord to record His Blood songs. I am to introduce to the young and remind the old of the power of His music celebrating His Blood, His sacrifice. I have taken the old and mixed it with the sound of the new, but without compromising the power that comes from our history of Black Gospel Music. There is a sound that radiates from the experience of the black singer, that is next to none, that so many of us, as singers have sold out to be like others and forgetting the old, the power! It's a dying art that is to be reckoned with other styles that are just as marvelous. This CD is the mixing of it all!!!
