Sullivan, manager for Tom Jones & Billy Ray Cyrus, spotted Stephanie during a showcase, and enthusiastically helped to coordinate the project, recorded in Nashville's Wildwood Studios. * Her debut, Almost Blue, released in 1997, featured a string of hits.
