Indian-American singer/songwriter Nishi is a lawyer by day and performs at night with her band, The Nights. Producing music since 2003, Nishi released her first demo EP in 2005. Her new single 'Story II' is the newly produced and re-worked hit from her first EP and was featured in the live action fan film The Sailor Moon Movie. 'Story' from her first CD was the #1 most downloaded song by a solo female artist on CdBaby from December 2011 through February 2012. Nishi's first music video is for 'Story II' and features footage from the Sailor Moon movie. Nishi is a rock, pop and dance artist whose music is a fusion of her Indian background and American upbringing. She is inspired by artists from the '80's and '90's and loves American Country, two of her favorite country artists are Garth Brooks and Tim McGraw.
