State of Mind is Sonic Groove's follow-up CD to At Loose Ends. Classic and progressive rock to jam band styles, there is something for everyone on State of Mind. Every member of the band contributed to the songwriting on this project and you can clearly hear the diversity of styles, genres and influences. What is unique about State of Mind is that the title track is the only song recorded entirely in the studio. The remaining 8 tracks were recorded live at a private party in July 2012. Sometimes tight and occasionally loose, Sonic Groove will put you in whatever state of mind you are seeking.
