Erlina began studying classical piano at the age of six. At this tender age, she was drawn to the piano and very enchanted by all the magnificent music pieces composed by the great classical musicians. Her interest in composing and improvising with her own music began in her high school years. However, she is more focused and serious in her music writing at the present time. Her current music compositons have a touch of classical influences, and comprise sincere, genuine, heartfelt emotion. Most of the music she composes depicts a particular story or an incident that moves or inspires her. Erlina states, " Expressing your emotion through music is elating and fulfilling because it intensifies your resolve and gives you fresh hope to make the most of yourself."
