The Chapelaires are a gospel quartet based in London, Ontario, Canada. There were originally formed in 1968, and have had a number of different members through the years. Current members are bass David Jackson (original founding member, but he doesn’t look as old as he is and he doesn’t act his age!), alto Sheila Jackson (wife of David), soprano Myrna Hand, and tenor Phil Pugh. Although they are southern gospel style, they have a contemporary, refreshing sound that is ever changing with the times. They have released 16 albums throughout their history. The Chapelaires can be booked for a variety of events and concerts for a flexible and reasonable cost.
