This roster of worshipers considers themselves to be table setters for God’s glory in the earth. Armed with heart pulsing lyrics and soul grabbing ministry they arrest atmospheres and push for the depths of God’s best. Lovers of God and people they desire to see Him “Lyfted” up as men and women alike are drawn by His power. “If I be lifted up from the earth I will draw all men unto me” John 12:32 LMG compels people to worship God in way they can relate and God will respond. Their ministry is built to show God’s pursuit of not just those who “seem” like candidates for salvation but for ALL that would receive Him. They know God is throwing a party and their gifts are used as invitations that compel by asking “Who wants to party with us?” “The servant came back and reported this to his master. Then the owner of the house became angry and ordered his servant, ‘Go out quickly into the streets and alleys of the town and bring in the poor, the crippled, the blind and the lame.’“ ‘Sir,’ the servant said, ‘what you ordered has been done, but there is still room.’ “Then the master told his servant, ‘Go out to the roads and country lanes and compel them to come in, so that my house will be full. –Luke 14:21-23 #TableSetters Using their manifold gifts of grace they unashamedly minister in concert, revivals, seminars, workshops, community events, retreats, and more. Withholding nothing they give their all to serve in whatever capacity God has ordained them to fulfill. They live by the moniker that they have been “graced to do”. Whether in preaching, teaching, poetry, spoken word, event organizing, leading worship, playing instruments, etc. they without fear or hesitation go forth in their gifts. “As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.” 1 Peter 4:10 They have experienced young people becoming saved through their music and ministry. They have heard testimonies of spiritual growth in youth departments after their workshops and concerts. Youth leaders and senior pastors have acknowledged this groups humble and gentle way of galvanizing young people even in difficult environments. LMG has infiltrated various jails, juvenile detention centers, Ethiopian churches, and are currently partnering with Prisoners For Christ on missions to jails in 3rd world countries. Community leaders have also been impressed with this groups desire to serve especially without being on stage or having a microphone to perform with. Every huddle, before a show, starts with a prayer and ends with them chanting “Assignment” in unison. A reminder that reinforces their belief that it is only their assignment that is keeping them alive. This is what they recognize as being “calling conscious”. It is this truth they desire to share with others, in hopes that that fervency catches fire.
