Green & Gold have proved themselves as one of St.John's' most loved and followed bands in recent years. After releasing their debut album The Body Knows in the fall of 2013 they have shared the stage with Hey Rosetta!, July Talk, Dan Mangan, Bahamas, Rich Aucoin, In-Flight Safety and several other highly touted Canadian acts. They have played George Street Festival, Harbourage, Hey Rosetta!'s annual Christmas show, Lawyna Vawyna, countless bar shows in St. John's and have completed 5 tours of Canada's East Coast. They've been nominated for 4 MusicNL awards, and won 5 awards in The Overcast's 2014 Reader's Choice poll. They released their Sophomore album And Then The New Crow Came in the Spring of 2016.

This was recorded between the months of November 2015 and April 2016 by Green & Gold and Georgie Newman. We recorded the bed tracks in Len's family's garage, and recorded the lead vocal with Georgie at his house over the first few months of the new year.
