Phillip Charles has been producing, DJing and remixing for two decades now. He's released on Bedrock and Sony, Ovum and and more besides and here he teams up with frequent partner Willis Haltom. Based in Honolulu, Willis is a DJ, club owner and music producer who continues to push quality dance music to the people and has been behind Asylum Confidential.
