简介
2Me’s third album “Chasing Silhouettes” is the highly anticipated follow-up to their 2006 release, “Schizophrenic Love Songs.” In late 2006, with half of their original lineup calling it quits, singer/songwriter, Christopher Twomey, and drummer, Reid Foster, threw caution to the wind and embarked on The “We Just Quit Our Jobs and Moved Into a Ford” Tour – a nearly 5 month trek through every corner of the united states. Most of the songs on this album were performed for the first time to rooms full of strangers across the USA who had never been to California, much less ever heard of the Golden State’s long haired folk ‘n roll nomads who called themselves 2Me. By the end of 2007, Twomey and Foster had criss-crossed the nation half a dozen times, making lifelong friends while pushing themselves to the farthest edges of their sanity along the way. After a not-so-long hibernation, they contacted local producer David Houston to begin production of “Chasing Silhouettes” in May of 2008. Having transformed over the years from the original four-piece in 2003, to a two-piece by default in 2006, and then into a full blown circus of musicians sitting in across the country by the time 2008 came around, 2Me has left an indelible mark on people’s hearts and minds, and they’re poised to keep building on that.
