Juan Miguel in his latest project entitled Fusions of My Life he makes his official crossover into the English language. This venture will combine pure Latin musical fusions like Samba, Songo, Salsa and Merengue with the rhythms of Rock & Roll and Pop. The promotional single The song Feel is a combination of rythms from Brasil, Africa, Dominican Republic and other danceable rythms. He was the opening act for Canada´s 2001 Olympic Bid, and performed at the Toronto Skydome for two consecutive years for the Toronto Blue Jay's celebration of Toronto´s Latin Community. In 2009 Juan Miguel’s song was featured in Dan Wilson´s Canadian movie, ´´The Long Weekend´´. That same year, he travelled to Spain where he was invited to perform this song at the Marbella International Film Festival.
