Anna is a musician by heritage going back many generations. Born and raised in Eastern North Carolina she was exposed to music from birth and began learning to play the violin/fiddle at 4 years old. It wasn't long before she was playing fiddle with her father who played banjo and her grandfather who also played the fiddle. The life long exposure to music was just a way of life for Anna as she grew as a musician, singer, songwriter and producer. Anna graduated from Appalachian State University in Boone North Carolina with a BA degree in Music Industry and a concentration in Violin. Following graduation from college she made her home in Nashville, Tennessee and began working with such legendary music icons as Ron Oates and Marcus Hummon and continues her work with these great artist today. Anna is currently writing for 4 Wire Music Publishing Company and performing at various locations in the US and scheduled to perform in Canada in July of 2008.
