This album was created to document the changes from a teenager into an adult. The title of the album represents the real name given to the writer and composer of the album. As a teenager, GeedUp struggled with the everyday problems that arise from being a black man surrounded by negativity. It details how a young black male typically picks up his bad behavior from the poor Intercity friends, family and Neighbors associated with his community. This album will open your eyes and take you down the path of a young black male who realizes the life of a gangster, gang banger and/or drug dealer is not the life he should pursue. As the album progresses , he realizes the street name that was given to him is not the proper representation of him. Therefore he wants to find who he really is and wants to be referred to not by his street name but by his righteous name. With a sound that is very unique to the Colorado streets, this promises to be a very in lighting, informative and positive outlook for the young black man who is tired of being in the streets.
