专辑简介

I tend to draw inspiration from the things around me and mostly the things happening to me. The opening track is a prime example, my home phone became dead one day and the frustration of simply trying to talk to someone from one of the worlds biggest telecoms companies was ironic. Similarly anyone living in the UK will relate to Doctor as this is what we go through just to get seen, it's pretty bad. Both events made me pretty annoyed and that is reflected in the song presentation.

Other tracks relate to TV programs, personal feelings and even roads, after all why should Route 66 claim all the glory? Junk Mail is written with people in mind who develop a fear of all things posted through their letter boxes.

Doing the photo shoot for the cover was interesting too but unfortunately I can't tell you why except to say it involved blue flashing lights and a helicopter. Maybe there is a song in that somewhere!
