Bob McGilpin's Superstar is undoubtedly one of the defining tracks in dance music in the late 70's. The orginal track dry and sharp drum beat has been sampled and rearranged using modern technologies. Lorenzo Blasi's rework, with the vocal help from Rain, definitely brings new life to the author's original intentions some years ago. Featuring re-played strings and contemporary tonal grooves, Superstars E.P. is released in various versions, comprising an unpublished track (Stars), verging more on the Hardhouse side and created for the dance public.
