The first half are (relatively) new songs, or ones that will be on our forthcoming LP 'Bedrooms of the Nation'; the second half are older tunes that never found a home, until now. 1) FANGS (summer 2011): demo version of a song that will appear on our forthcoming full-length, 'Bedrooms of the Nation' 2) HEY (winter 2012): a shoegaze take on my favourite Pixies song 3) DEFECTIVE HEART (summer 2011): demo version of a song that will appear on our forthcoming full-length, 'Bedrooms of the Nation' 4) SHADOW VISIONS (summer 2013): first single off 'Bedrooms of the Nation', as it appeared on the Mostla V compilation. 5) JUST FOR YOU (summer 2013): b-side from 'Bedrooms of the Nation' sessions. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 6) STARS BURNED OUT (winter 2009): off the original Bedrooms of the Nation EP from 2010, when the band was called Bedrooms of the Nation. Always one our favourites. 7) INSTRUMENTAL (winter 2010): we always really like this track but it never found a home, until now. We could use more songs under a minute long. 8) STRANGERS (spring 2010): an early Bedrooms of the Nation track. Love the song, kind of hate the 'Say It Ain't So' moments, but overall it's a good tune. 9) WE WEREN'T WRITTEN (winter 2009): also off the original Bedrooms of the Nation EP. A personal favourite. 10) SHINY FUR (winter 2009): off the original Bedrooms of the Nation EP, one of my favourites. No one outside of our small circle likes it, but they should! BONUS: IN MY ROOM (spring 2010): a Beach Boys cover that we've been playing for almost as long as we've been together. Also, a crossover song from Bedrooms of the Nation to Shimmering Stars.
