Kristen began singing and making up songs when she was three years old. Performing at county fairs, talent contests, pageants, and entertainment groups, she has had the opportunity to entertain audiences from the east to the west coast. Kristen loved writing songs as a child but it wasn't until after attending a music camp in Nashville Tennessee that she produced her first song titled "Tell me Why" at seventeen years old. It was in Nashville that she met Keith Urban at a workshop and decided she wanted to focus more on learning the art of songwriting. She went back to Nashville and auditioned for producers and hung out with SheDaisy, her mothers former vocal students. She produced her first CD when she was nineteen and recorded another demo in 2006 of original songs she had written. Kristen took a break from music in 2007 to pursue acting. She has had the opportunity to work with many talented actors and actresses including Anthony Hopkins, Jessica Lange, Kathy Bates, and Joan Allen. Kristen wrote, produced, and starred in her dream role of Elaine of Astolat in 2008 and continues to work in commercials and films. In 2010 Kristen decided to learn how to play the guitar and made it her 2011 New Year Resolution. She is enjoying her creative outlets of singing/songwriting and acting and loves spending time with her husband Ryan.
