We have been making music as a family all our lives, from rock and roll to country and now folk. The Left at South Pass album was inspired by family history stories; stories of the Mormon Trail. We chose a folk style of writing for it's obvious advantage in telling a story. The whole process began with some really great pieces of history, and we came up with music and melody to enhance the story telling. If you like history, and really great stories you'll love this album.
