D-Squad: Formed in Orlando, Florida in 2010, the members of D-Squad initially just wanted to have fun with their musical talents. Julio Fernandez and Nick Gordon had been best friends for years, attending Gotha Middle School. One day in Math Class, the two invited their new friend, Giovanni Adams, to join the fun. While getting to know each other, they realized that their mutual interest in music ran far beyond just fun and games. Maturing into high school, Gio Storm, Nicky G, and July created a writing think tank to entertain their schoolmates and soon their peers began seriously requesting their music. Armed with their local fan base throughout Central Florida and the support of their parents, D-Squad was born and the group went into the studio recording music instantly with enormous excitement, original beats and creativity lyrics. D-Squad refers to the group’s Determination and power to Dominate their lyrical competitors. All well-rounded students and athletes, D-Squad is the new industry powerhouse group and their unique music is exploding all over the nation!
