Rals Life or better known as Local Star. Is an up and coming artist based out of Sacramento, California. Better known for his production on numerous projects, Rals is stepping from behind the board and into the booth. With his company Outtie 5 launching in 2014. Rals plans to take music back to the basics and bring back the sound that made him want to be a musician.
