Merrimack is a tribute to the Merrimack River and the land it flows through. Like its long, winding path and history, this project has had a long and winding path to get to this culmination. This project has survived changes in lineup, the publishing of three other Ichabod albums during its progression, and delays too numerous to mention. The end result? A powerhouse of rock, heavy and hard charging then slower and winding, a tribute to the temperament of the quintessential New England river journeying toward the open sea.
