I thank God for my beloved family who helped me bring this story "to life" on stage at the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center in Baker City, OR, from 1993-1996 as "WILLA" (myself Carla Bailey) and "THE BUFFALO CHIPS": my 11-year-old twins Brandy and Bart (1982-2002), my father Lester Schafer, and my brother George Rau. I wrote the title song, "WESTWARD HO!" If you have even half as much fun listening & singing along as we had performing, you will LOVE this album for years to come!!
