This album was conceived in Davis, California in 2009 and born in Brooklyn, NY in 2013. It is composed of soft vocals with rhythmic acoustic guitar, layered with distorted electric guitars and a multitude of reverb-laden percussive instruments. Conceptually, the album touches on nature, the feeling of going home, the realness of the voice in our heads and the unstoppable motion of time.

Andrew Charles is singer/songwriter from Moorestown, New Jersey. He currently resides in Brooklyn, NY and plays in the band First Blush. He sings and plays acoustic and electric guitar, bass, and acoustic percussion instruments. Born (2013) is his debut solo album.
