Attempting to bring back the lo-fi sound of old school Chicago House, new coming producers Sugarcane Family (Sean Fermoyle, Blake ‘Moon’ Walker) have certainly hit their stride early with debut Elevated Tracks release, “Sweet Nothing.” But don’t be fooled, these guys are longtime veterans of the Chicago House scene. With over 15 years of dj’ing to flyer design and club promotion, the guys of Sugarcane Family know what good Chicago House is supposed to sound like. They just had to get a lil’ elevated first.
