Echoes, formed in the late summer of 2010, are an ambient/progressive/post-hardcore band from Southampton, UK. Their music has already developed into a mature and accomplished sound that nods at their contemporaries.

Echoes' first release, "Transcendent", mixes elements of post-hardcore, progressive and ambient music to create an epic, powerful and emotional album. Conceptual lyrics and raw vocals work simultaneously together with melodic instrumental sections that result in what has been described as "perfect sweeping soundscapes", bringing a fresh sound to the UK metal scene.
